Workshop on Sustainable and Inclusive Leadership in Lithuania

On December 28th, a workshop focused on sustainable and inclusive leadership was held in Lithuania, with 17 participants from various backgrounds.

Participants discussed key topics, including the importance of inclusivity in leadership, the role of technology in sustainability, and strategies for community-based initiatives. They also analyzed real-world case study, gaining inspiration for their own projects.

The workshop successfully engaged participants and raised awareness about the project’s goals. Feedback showed that the flexible structure—allowing participants to choose between group discussions or a larger collective format—was appreciated. Overall, the event provided valuable insights and motivated participants to take a more active role in sustainable leadership within their communities.
