Empowering Youth for a Greener Future: Launch of the UxGE Online Training Course in Málaga”

On 24 September 2024, the European project ‘United for a Green Europe’ was presented in Malaga, at IES Nº1 Universidad Laboral by our project coordinator, AIIJ. During the event, the project has been presented and the new Online Training Course was announced, providing participants with the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and understanding of sustainability and how to contribute to a greener Europe. The course, designed for youth leaders and young people interested in leading change towards a more sustainable Europe, covers topics such as climate action, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, environmental challenges and sustainable development practices. It has been underlined that participants have also the opportunity to participate in next phases of the project and in future international activities in Belgium and Lithuania, plus the International Meeting of Youth Leaders that will be organized in Malaga with participants from other EU countries. The project was received with great interest, and attendees signed up for the course, highlighting the success of the initiative, and many attendees registered on the spot, reflecting the success and relevance of the initiative. Before the end of the Event, participants also shared their perspectives on environmental challenges and engaged in meaningful discussions on these issues and potential solutions. The event concluded with a Q&A session, providing attendees with the opportunity to clarify any doubts and share their thoughts on the project.
