Face-to-Face Meeting for OTC Evaluation in Lithuania

As part of the UxGE project, we recently held a face-to-face meeting to evaluate the Online Training Course (OTC). The meeting took place in October 2024 and brought together high school students, university students, young professionals, and NGO representatives.

During the meeting, over ten participants shared their insights and feedback on the OTC. They appreciated the course content, especially in the areas of leadership and critical thinking. However, they also provided suggestions for improvement, such as diversifying formats and increasing interactive elements. Some participants highlighted challenges with mobile usability as well.

Overall, the face-to-face meeting was a productive opportunity to reflect on the OTC’s strengths and identify key areas for enhancement as we continue to refine the program.
